- News) today announced that it will be a premier sponsor of the 23rd
annual Leigh Steinberg Super Bowl Party, which will be held at Tampa’s
Lowry Park Zoo on January 31, 2009 between 2 – 5 p.m ET, and will provide
2000 bottles of its unique energy shot to partygoers.
The Pomegranate flavored
energy shot is a concentrated 2 ounce energy drink, designed to provide
a zero calorie, sugar free, rapid and lasting energy boost which enhances
muscle strength and endurance.

Unique to the energy
shot market, the WYD Energy Shot contains L-Arginine. Arginine is known

Africa through T-Bone Beverages LLC ("T-Bone").

Your Daddy has granted T-Bone Beverages an incentive agreement, based upon
purchases of the Company's products by T-Bone, that provides for T-Bone
to receive warrants to purchase common stock of Who's Your Daddy: $3,000,000
in the first 12 months following the effective date of the agreement; $4,250,000
in the first 17 months; $5,000,000 in the first 20 months; and $6,000,000
in the first 24 months.
