 The
incomparable design of Ronn's Scorpion (seen at right) is the eye-catching
breath taker that gives the company the magnet of attention emerging companies
always need. But the H2GO system, which enhances fuel efficiency and can
be added to existing vehicles and vehicle fleets, may soon be what the
company is known for. It is important to note that the company has received
a $500,000 investment for the development of this system with an eye on
the enormous heavy duty trucking market. And of course, the new American
president has made it clear that fuel efficiency will be a hallmark of
his administration.
In a recent press release regarding the system's viability in massive
trucking fleets, Damon Kuhn, COO of Ronn Motors, stated, "Our H2GO(TM)
system is unlike any other on the market. H2GO(TM) is a highly engineered
and advanced technology which uses proprietary and patented technologies
and is unlike any other system on the market. H2GO(TM) further increases
its advantages over other technologies since it uses the patented ProCooler(TM)
which reduces A/C refrigerant usage by 20% to 25% and generates less drag
on the engine, increasing usable horsepower by 5% to 7%. The overall effect
is that this single element alone increases fuel mileage of 1 to 3 miles
per gallon of fuel for a large truck and adds an additional 10% to 25%
in fuel efficiency."

Ronn Motor Company Engages Investment Banking Firm
Pepperwood Partners, Dallas, Texas
AUSTIN, TX---Mar 6, 2009 -- Ronn Motor Company, Inc. (Other OTC:RNNM.PK) announced today the Company has entered into an Investment Banking Advisory
Agreement with Pepperwood Partners of Dallas, Texas in order to enhance
the Company's growth plans and seek a best efforts capital infusion of
$25 million, for ongoing development of their hydrogen, hydrogen fuel cell,
electric and alternative environmentally clean automobile systems.
Pepperwood, and its predecessor company, has been in business providing
services related to investment banking since 1998. The principals at Pepperwood
have previously been engaged in over $300 million worth of automotive transactions.
Pepperwood Managing Director, Michael J. O'Donnell, stated, "As a boutique
advisory firm focusing on high growth industries, we feel Ronn Motor Company
will be one of the most exciting projects we work on this year.  This
relationship between Ronn Motor Company and Pepperwood has been arranged
in order to provide the capital necessary to fuel their company through
its growth phase."
Pepperwood joined Ronn Motor Company at the annual SEMA show in Las
Vegas in November 2008 and also at the MACS convention at the Dallas Hilton
Anatole in February 2009.
