DIRT MotorSports (OTCBB: DMSP)
April 4th, 2006.

 DIRT MotorSports (OTCBB: DMSP)

Dear Reader,

It’s undeniable… NASCAR and motorsports have become an enormous fixture in American pop culture.  Networks, sponsors, and fans who never watched a motorsports race in their life are now addicted to racing.  But NASCAR is a privately-held company and it seems the only way for one to profit from its rising popularity is to start your own race team or sell hot dogs at the track.

However, many race fans know that some of the best motorsport racing can be found at World of Outlaws® venues across the country.  It’s often referred to as the ‘minor leagues’ of NASCAR but the racing and style of racing really offers fans an enthralling product that stands on its own.  Perhaps that’s why some of NASCAR’s most successful drivers like Jeff Gordon and Tony Stewart have called the World of Outlaws home for parts of their prolific careers.  Also note that the World of Outlaws Series has actually outdrawn the venerable Indy Racing League… yes, the league that brings us the epic Indy 500 and media darling Danica Patrick. World of Outlaws has had more annual attendees.

It is with this in mind that we are pleased to bring to your attention DIRT MotorSports (OTCBB: DMSP), the only publicly traded company that owns professional automotive sports racing sanctioning bodies including the nationally recognized World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series (est. 1978), as well as the regional Advance Auto Parts Modified Super DIRT Series, M.A.R.S. and UMP Series.

Sprint Model Series Overview

World of Outlaws (WoO) Sprint Cars compete on dirt tracks in the US, mostly 1/3 to 1/2 mile in length. The WoO series has been in existence since 1978, and is acknowledged as the top Sprint Car series in the world.

WoO race venues are primarily smaller facilities located in B/C/D counties accessible to major media markets. Television exposure with TNN (1995 to 2001), Speed Channel (2002), and the current partnership with The Outdoor Channel since 2003 has dramatically increased exposure to WoO racing in recent years. Additionally, there has been a surge in the construction of new racing facilities in several markets, adding to the recent growth of the sport.

Late Model Series Overview

The history of DIRT Late Model racing can be traced back to the origins of the automobile and competitive auto racing itself. However, what is viewed in today’s terms of a DIRT “Late Model” has grown, flourished and evolved substantially over the decades. The evolution of DIRT Late Model racing as it’s known today began to form around 1965 when technology met the track. Within weeks of the formation of the series, tracks have lined up to schedule over 45 races for the 2005 Series.

Modified Series Overview

The DIRT MotorSports Advance Auto Parts Modified Super DIRT Series was first established in 1976, at the time consisting of only three tracks in Central New York. Today, the Modified Series is annually attended by well over 1.2 million loyal fans and is known as the crown jewel for Modified dirt racing in the United States. During the 2004 race season DIRT MotorSports geared up to stage over 600 featured events with an estimated 1400 race teams at over 27 tracks situated throughout the Northeastern United States and Canada.

UMP Racing United Midwestern Promoters

U.M.P. Super Late Models are full-bodied stock cars with fire breathing 750+ horsepower engines! Featuring some of the most talented driver's from around the U.S. competing weekly at premier dirt track facilities across the country. U.M.P. Super Late Models provide three & four car wide racing on a variety of dirt tracks, from small, tight 1/5 mile ovals to the larger 1 mile ovals, keeping the fans on the edge of their seats.

Mid America Racing Series (M.A.R.S.)

M.A.R.S. events held at UMP sanctioned tracks will allow drivers to accumulate UMP points in addition to M.A.R.S. points. Some of the tracks, whose M.A.R.S. events will double as UMP point's events include shows at Monett Speedway, I-44 Speedway, Bolivar Speedway, Poplar Bluff Speedway, and Paducah International Raceway.
