This is ESWW's Titanium based integrated fuel-injected spark plug which performs in conjunction with a higher operating voltage (46,000 volts). ESWW received an Official Patent Grant for its spark plug in the U.S., Patent No. 6,073,607 as well as an official Grant of Canadian Letter Patent No. 1,162,405.

At 25,000 square feet, our Telford PA. facility consists of offices, engineering suites, fabrication shops and a full production division and test laboratory. 

State of the art catalyst coating operations on a myriad of substrate compositions are also done at our facility in a controlled environment. Every catalytic converter is individually tracked through several Quality Control points. 

 The production areas are divided into cells each handling the many different styles, sizes and shapes of catalytic substrates that we currently manufacture. The facility is fully equipped for fabricating complete converters utilizing a comprehensive seam and spot welding shop along with stamping, notching, rolling and cutting equipment.

Our comprehensive EPA / CARB authorized emissions testing laboratory (Air Testing Services) is fully equipped to provide tests on stationary multi-fuel combustion engines as well as light, medium and heavy duty diesel powered vehicles. Utilizing sophisticated analytical equipment such as gas chromatography, heated F.I.D., NDIR and CVS particulate sampling techniques, the experienced team of engineers and technicians at ATS are constantly working to ensure the highest integrity of protocols and testing procedures

The Quiet Cat™ Catalyst/muffler system is designed to be a direct bolt-on application for the small utility engine sector of our business. This market includes industrial construction equipment such as mixers, concrete floats, small generators and water pumps to garden equipment such as lawn tractors, rotor-tillers, trimmers, mowers and leaf blowers.

The Federal Environmental Protection Agency estimates there are 89 million pieces of lawn and garden equipment in the United States with engines rated at 25 horsepower or less. There are 4.6 million small garden engines in California -- half of them gas mowers. In Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside counties alone, 1.3 million lawnmowers, edgers and trimmers are used constantly by both homeowners and commercial gardeners. 

Garden equipment engines emit high levels of carbon monoxide, volatile organic compounds and nitrogen oxides, producing up to 5% of the nation's air pollution and a good deal more in many metropolitan areas like Los Angeles. A typical 3.5 horsepower gas mower, for instance,  can emit the same amount of VOCs -- key precursors to smog -- in an hour as a new car driven 340 miles, say industry experts. A recent California Air Resources Board report shows lawnmowers statewide emit 8.28 tons of VOCs per day. 

What is the Enviro-Cat™ ? The Enviro-Cat ™ is a catalytic converter that is attached inline to the exhaust system on combustion engines using unleaded fuel. Its only function is for the treatment of undesired gas compounds in the exhaust. It is comprised of a housing unit with an exhaust gas inlet, outlet and a unique catalytic substrate within that utilizes the ESWW proprietary formula.

The Enviro-Cat™ uses a new formula of raw materials that are a combination of base metals and non-metallic compounds at a significantly lower cost than materials currently used. These metal powders used for catalysts are premixed together with a ceramic powder and make up the finished the substrate. 

The company is presently amalgamating the substrates of the two technologies of  The Enviro-Cat™ and Clean Cat®, to try to achieve maximum efficiency for their new generation catalytic converter for applications on unleaded fuel types for both automotive and non-automotive use. With the new amalgamation of the two technologies the Enviro-Cat™  will initially be produced for unleaded fuel only, whereas the Clean Cat will be produced solely for diesel applications. Testing on the new amalgamated technologies is anticipated for unleaded fuels for automotive and non-automotive applications in the near future. ESWW believes the new amalgamated converter will have the following characteristics
 

• The New amalgamated Enviro-Cat has been specifically designed to achieve maximum reduction of NOx as well as HC and CO levels. 

• The New Amalgamated Enviro-Cat using very limited precious metals, will not only substantially lower the cost of production, but ESWW also believes it will extend the effective life of the converter due to it's specific design.

Clean Cat® is currently the only known diesel catalytic converter that has the unique ability to be renewed on a scheduled cleaning program to ensure the optimum of catalytic performance (excellent for fleet service).

Clean and Quiet Integrated Systems

Air Sentinel QT™ integrated converter exhaust silencers are designed especially for application where effective emissions control and noise reduction are required. In one convenient  package, Air Sentinel QT™ integrates catalyst and muffler and provides the combination of high performance emissions reduction with noise control.  Air Testing Services provides consulting, as well as emissions certification testing for internal combustion engine manufacturers and users. Engine and chassis dynamometer testing  services are available for gasoline, propane, natural gas, and diesel fueled IC engines.
