Reclamation Consulting and Applications, Inc. (OTCBB: RCAA)
June 16th, 2006.

 Reclamation Consulting and Applications Inc. (OTCBB: RCAA)

Dear Reader,

The highways and the byways of America and the world are in need of repair and with politicians repairing potholes in the streets, the subject of "Infrastructure" is a constant before State Assembly's and the U.S. Congress.  Paving roads, airport landing strips, bridges, and toll ways is where today's featured company generates revenues.  Reclamation Consulting and Applications ("RCAI") provides environmentally-safe products for laying down asphalt and concrete.

With its primary product being Alderox, RCAI has developed four supplemental products and two application systems to increase its revenues and set the pace for its market.  Road builders are in a constant state of needing safer, longer-lasting components to keep projects on budget and provide travelers the safest surfaces, both in travel and environmentally.

RCAI has worldwide distribution of its product lines and is involved with Departments of Transportation both in the U.S., Canada, and abroad. We like the management, products and current price of RCAI and think you will too.

    About Reclamation Consulting and Applications

Reclamation Consulting and Applications Inc. ("RCAI") (OTCBB: RCAA) is a research-based industrial supply company, providing products and services throughout North America and worldwide.  Headquartered in San Clemente, California, RCAI develops, manufactures and markets a range of environmentally-friendly asphalt release agents, concrete form oils, and non-stick industrial vehicle and equipment coatings for the oil-sands harvesting and mining industries based on its patented ALDEROX® formulation technology.  Founded in 1997 RCAI provides clients with better solutions by developing superior, cost-saving, environmentally-safe products.

RCAI's Alderox line of  products, which  are made from its patented  formula relating specifically to an improved  release agent for mitigating the sticking
of asphalt, concrete and similar  products to various  surfaces.  Release agents are commonly applied to containers, mixers, truck beds and forms prior to pouring asphalt or concrete into them, and act as a barrier to mitigate adhesion of the asphalt, concrete or other material to the relevant surfaces. The release agents are comprised mostly of oils, especially a 100% biodegradable and otherwise environmentally-friendly oil such as soybean oils.

On May 1, 2006, RCAI opened a new production facility and distribution hub for the Western U.S.  Mike Davies, CEO of RCAI, stated, "The new facility is being opened in order to ensure that our distributor's two western distribution centers maintain sufficient inventories of the Alderox® products."  Davies went on to say, "The company's main production facility in West Valley City, Utah, will continue to produce and store bulk inventory to service our distributor's four eastern distribution centers."

    Government Associations

Government Associations

RCAI is proud to continually work with national and state government associations to help improve the environmental standards and economic impact of industrial release agents and decrease the use of the pollutant diesel. RCAI has partnered with Environment Canada to create national environmental standards for asphalt, concrete, and other industrial release agents.

Before the introduction of ALDEROX® ASA-12® and KR-7® there were no national standards for asphalt or concrete release agents in Canada . The standards for the Environmental Choice Program's document, "Asphalt and Concrete Release Agents," were based on the product qualities and production processes of ALDEROX® ASA-12® and KR-7®. ALDEROX® ASA-12® and KR-7® successfully met these standards and RCAI has complied with the Environmental Choice Program's criteria regarding environmental permits, quality systems, quality records, and product recall.

With the Environment Canada approval, RCAI's ALDEROX® ASA-12® and KR-7® products join the select number of environmentally preferable products that hold the national symbol of excellence, the EcoLogo™.

Departments of Transportation

State Departments of Transportation (DOTs) often create the local laws and regulations for the asphalt and concrete industries. In these industries the market safety requirements are extremely low. Diesel is the primary agent used in the asphalt release market and shellac/diesel are the primary agents used in the concrete release market. Both these agents are classified as environmental hazards and are toxic. Overexposure is a serious health hazard and can have carcinogenic effects.

Before ALDEROX™ was introduced to the asphalt and concrete release markets, the cost of using an environmentally friendly agent was not only the price per gallon, but increased labor costs in cleaning trucks and equipment, staining of equipment or concrete, increased breakage, wasted product due to freezing, evaporation, spillage or over-application, and an overall decreased productivity which came out of the buyers' profitability.

RCAI is committed to partnering with governmental offices, such as DOTs, and third party regulatory agencies in order to provide environmentally friendly, cost-saving solutions.

For example, ALDEROX™ ASA-12™ was developed in response to a request from the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) for of a safe, effective, economical and environmentally friendly asphalt release agent. ALDEROX™ ASA-12™ exceeded all state requirements and UDOT now uses ALDEROX™ ASA-12™ exclusively. RCAI continues to work with other state DOTs to improve state regulatory standards and decrease the use of diesel as an asphalt or concrete release agent.

    ALDEROX Products

ALDEROX™ is RCAI's proprietary industrial release product line. It is a superior, cost-saving, environmentally safe release agent. Currently five formulations of ALDEROX™ are available in three target markets. ALDEROX™ ASA-12™, Alderox DCR and Alderox PaverBlend are the formulations sold in the asphalt release market; ALDEROX™ KR-7™ is sold in the concrete form oil, release and curing agent market; and ALDEROX™ TSR™ is sold is the oil-sands market.

The current RCAI product Line consists of:

      * ALDEROX® ASA-12®
    * ALDEROX® DCR®
    * ALDEROX® KR-7®
    * ALDEROX® PAVER BLEND
    * ALDEROX® TSR®
    * AUTOMATED SYSTEMS

Development of ALDEROX® ASA-12® was undertaken by RCAI at the request of the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT). UDOT was in need of an effective, economical and environmentally friendly asphalt release agent. The Utah Department of Transportation conducted extensive tests using ASA-12® on their mix designs. ALDEROX® ASA-12® has successfully released the toughest mix designs across the country and worldwide. ASA-12® is the contractor’s choice for sticky mix designs and high tempo jobs.

Regardless of which type of asphalt is used, ALDEROX® ASA-12® delivers superior results with minimal if any asphalt residue remaining on the truck beds or equipment. Unlike any other release agent available, ASA-12® delivers multiple truckloads (up to 3 additional truckloads) without re-application. Furthermore, ASA-12® removes residue left by previously used inferior release agents.

ALDEROX® ASA-12® is a completely non-hazardous, 100% biodegradable blend of various all-natural materials that creates a thin film on the surfaces of metal, allowing asphalt to slide easily from truck beds. ASA-12® is unique in the industry in that it is a Ready-to-Use product that requires zero dilution, is 100% biodegradable, non-hazardous and has recorded zero negative impacts to asphalt or equipment.

ALDEROX® ASA-12® and KR-7® are the only EcoLogoM Certified products in the world. In order to qualify for an EcoLogoM Certification the products were exhaustively tested to ensure they meet with the highest environmental standards put forth by Environment Canada. In addition to their high environmental classification, the Company went through a production and quality control audit similar to the ISO 9001 designation.

ALDEROX® DCR® Slat Cleaner and Lubricant is a specially formulated release and lubricant designed to reduce life-cycle costs and maintenance issues resulting from poor performing drag chains. DCR® Slat Cleaner and Lubricant provides a lubricating action to reduce startup amps and eliminate spiking. Additionally, DCR® provides a releasing action to ensure highly polymerized mix designs do not build-up and cause shutdowns and operational delays that cost money and significantly reduce productivity. ALDEROX® DCR® will further provide a safe effective barrier should a plant stop with hot mix in the conveyor.

Welded steel chains are widely used in scraper and drag chain conveyors. The three most common ways a chain may fail are tensile, fatigue and wear. In a tensile failure, the chain is overloaded in tension until it is stretched so badly it will not function properly, or it is literally pulled apart. In a fatigue failure, the chain is loaded repeatedly in tension, at a load below the yield strength (the chain is not stretched), until microscopic cracks develop in the link plates or sidebars. These cracks continue to grow until the chain breaks. In a wear failure, material is removed by sliding, or sliding combined with abrasion or corrosion, until the chain will not function properly (will not fit the sprockets) or the chain breaks.

The issues with asphalt drag chain systems have revolved around asphalt stick and plant amperage and spikes on start-up and continued operation throughout the day. Plant volumes to date utilizing our product vary from a low of 1.5 gallons to a high of 5 gallons per day.

ALDEROX® DCR® Slat Cleaner and Lubricant is 100% biodegradable, completely non-hazardous, requires no dilution, is easy to apply, and has no negative impact on asphalt or equipment. DCR® Slat Cleaner and Lubricant is made of 100% natural ingredients with no synthetic polymers.

ALDEROX® KR-7® was brought to market in response to the concrete industry's need for an effective, economical, and environmentally friendly release agent. KR-7® is applied as a clear coating to concrete molds/forms and allows concrete to be easily released from molds/forms.

Testing of ALDEROX® KR-7® conducted in Utah, California, North Carolina and Alberta, Canada has proven KR-7® to be a superior concrete release agent. Unlike other available concrete release agents, KR-7® provides superior results with; no recorded breakage, no discoloration, no residue left in molds, a better 'drop' rate, and when applied to equipment and trucks no residue was left behind. These field tests have proven that forms treated with KR-7® have useful lives up to three times longer than those using competitors' release products. Forms using KR-7® did not need to be cleaned after use, saving workers' time and thereby increasing productivity.

ALDEROX® KR-7® is 100% biodegradable, completely non-hazardous, requires no dilution, is easy to apply, and has no negative impact on concrete or equipment. KR-7® is made of 100% natural ingredients with no synthetic polymers. The raw materials used in KR-7® and the manufacturing/blending processes are proprietary and exclusive to RCAI.

ALDEROX® Paver Blend is a modified blend of the ASA-12® formulation designed for use by paving crews on equipment. The product is applied via a specialized spray system and prevents the adhesion of asphalt to equipment surfaces, thereby eliminating the need for constant cleaning. Use of the Paver Blend product also helps provide better smoothness of the paved surface by ensuring that no asphalt sticks to pneumatic rollers.

Alderox® TSR® is the first product to effectively protect equipment and haul trucks from the adhesive oil-sands and related substances found throughout the mining industry, representing significant savings in haul truck down time and maximizing load efficiency. The haul trucks used in the oil sands are typically the 380 ton Caterpillar 797.

The undercarriage of each haul truck is coated with approximately 45 gallons of TSR® a minimum of every 5 days. As stated in the August 31, 2004 issue of the New York Times, haul truck downtime is valued at $50 per minute. There are 500 haul trucks currently operating in the Canadian oil sands. ALDEROX® TSR® will provide the oil sands clients with a large number of benefits, the most significant being savings resulting from a reduction in downtime and an increase in load efficiency for large haul trucks.

As per client testimonials, ALDEROX® TSR® is a breakthrough product for the Canadian oil-sands industry. ALDEROX® TSR® reduces maintenance costs by cutting non-productive labor hours (spent cleaning equipment and trucks) by over fifty percent.

ALDEROX SYSTEMS

The Reliant Automated Application System is a fully-automated system utilizing RCAI’s exclusive microfilm technology. This innovative system is able to sense any size truck bed from 10 feet to 40 feet and will evenly spray a microfilm of our patented Alderox® ASA-12® into the truck or trailer bed.

The Alderox® ASA-12® Automated Application System also ensures a precise coating of 1.5 pints Alderox® ASA-12® per truck bed, (for 10 Wheeled Dump) eliminating the possibility of safety hazards caused by leaking truck beds due to over usage. There are no overspray problems associated with the system as a result of the positioning of the misting spray heads in the truck bed.

The Reliant Manual Application System was specifically designed to ensure controlled manual usage of applying Alderox® ASA-12® to asphalt truck beds. Historically, drivers applying release agents tend to believe in “flooding the bed” rather than utilizing RCAI’s microfilm concept associated with our patented Alderox® ASA-12® release agent. Our Manual Application System is adjusted to efficiently disperse a predetermined amount of ASA-12® at a stable temperature.

Safety Features

    * In the event that the truck leaves the designated spray area prior to the completion of a spray cycle, unique safety sensors advise the system to get out of the way once the truck is in motion. Additionally, an automated re-setting break away pivot allows the system to return to the home possession and arm itself for the next truck.
    * The Alderox® ASA-12® Automated Application System was designed to reduce driver risk associated with manually applying release agents to the truck beds from elevated heights.
    * No drivers will be required to leave his truck cab nor will come in contact with the release agent eliminating further potential risks.
