DIGITAL LEARNING MANAGEMENT CORPORATION (OTCBB: DGTL)
June 22, 2004.

DIGITAL LEARNING MANAGEMENT CORPORATION (OTCBB: DGTL)

June 30, 2004

Rarely does one day on the calendar have such import, such potential magnitude. But it does June 30.

June 30 has the potential to change your fortunes from Wall Street to your street and from bears and bulls to Baghdad. June 30 is indeed a day that all investors… even those with the most modest of fortunes should be waiting for.

On June 30 the Fed will meet to discuss a potential rate increase. If you’re wondering why market volume is thinner than a Halloween skeleton that’s why. Conventional wisdom holds that the Fed will raise the rate ¼ of a point but the devil may be in the details, the all-important accompanying remarks that could foreshadow future increases and tell us where we’re headed.

The other aspect affecting investors today and tomorrow is the looming handover of Iraq to Iraqi authorities. Mind you, that’s not to say that coalition forces are pulling out but at least on some levels self-governance and policing will return to the beleaguered nation. There are dueling thoughts about this transition of power with some believing that it will usher a new wave of violence while others believe that it may remove coalition forces from harm’s way in at least some areas. We’ll know starting June 30.

StockUpTicks welcomes June 30 for one simple reason. “What if?” in a market is always worse than “What is” meaning that the uneasy wait for a day like June 30 is usually more difficult than the realities of July 1. Markets and investors do not like uncertainty and historically investors would rather eat their own shoe than guess what’s behind door number three.

It is with this in mind that we wait, perhaps impatiently so, for June 30 to arrive and turn our attentions to the news of today.

June 22, 2004 brings news on Digital Learning Management Corporation (OTCBB: DGTL) the internet based learning company we gave you a full profile on not so long ago. Their breaking news today further expands the company’s repertoire of learning services, this time by allowing experts in their respective fields to submit courses and content they’ve written to various institutions, allowing for assistance in the shaping and perfection of their educational material. It’s just one more way DGTL is affecting the burgeoning field of distance learning.

So, while we all await June 30, take but a moment to review the news below on DGTL or to skim the profile published a short while ago.

We can’t forecast tomorrow, but we can learn a little about DGTL today.
