Dear Reader,
Some agreements can be seen not just on their future or present profit value, but also as bold 'coming-of-age' affirmations. In the case of i-level Media Group (OTC BB:ILVL.OB - News), having major international brands jump on board testifies to i-level's increasingly broad media reach in China.
News released this morning seems to signal that the company's arsenal of media screens in Chinese cabs -- all of which target a favorable consumer demographic -- is now large enough for the Eli Lilly's and Monster.com's. It's clear that i-level is looking to attract an increasing number of Fortune 500 companies and major Chinese brands in the near term. (See Breaking NEWS Below)

The Opportunity |

The affluent and the upper middle class get around Shanghai in taxis
These individuals are eager to become integrated in the global economy and to enjoy the living standards of developed nations. This in turn has been a catalyst for rapid growth in the demand for fast-moving consumer goods and higher-end products and services. Consequently, producers of such goods and services are clamoring for effective media to reach this emerging middle class and tap into its fast-growing buying power. i-level meets this need by providing an innovative and exciting medium that effectively targets these individuals.
i-level is well positioned for rapid expansion with 870,000 taxis in major cities across China – and accessing a direct channel to China’s most affluent, mobile audience with higher than average disposable incomes. Management at i-level projects 25-fold revenue growth to 2009 through out-of-home digital advertising in China.
China: A Massive Opportunity
• China’s advertising industry is on track to become the third largest in the world by 2011, behind only the US and Japan
• The Company has begun operations in Shanghai—the largest advertising market in China, attracting 23% of total OA spending
• i-level will penetrate secondary media markets in China, and internationally, through licensing and franchising programs
