    Monsters
    have fueled the
    imagination of generations,
    holding audiences spellbound
with stories from myth and legend.

This product line of monsters covers the history and heritage of 'Monsters' from Medusa, Mynator and the Cyclops of mythological times to the modern classics of Frankenstein, Dracula and Werewolf. The same household names that have fueled countless blockbuster books, films and entertainment classics over the decades are ready to be released back into the world!

The 'In My Pocket' concept has a proven pedigree with sales that exceeded $200m at retail and over 800 million units distributed (200 million units alone with promotional partners Kellogg's and Weetabix). The cutest collection
    Baah! None!
Counting Sheep originated as a 19th Century cure for sleeplessness. The remedy has since become a legend passed down from generation to generation and is well known by adults and children alike. Countin' Sheep is a unique range of character merchandise based around this quirky 'old wives tale'. These adorable, multicolored sheep will appeal to collectors of all ages. Each sheep is a limited edition, easily identifiable by its authentic tag and distinctive individual features.

Every flock consists of 6 sheep, each with their own birthplace, date, personality trait, and number branded patch. Collecting Countin' Sheep is simple; Each sheep belongs to its own farm flock. A color patch identifies flocks, each farm is represented by a color code, and for instance Buttercup Farm is yellow. Each individual sheep then has a unique number to identify it. Once a collection has started you complete each flock and interact on the official Web site.

Peak has already sold 72,000 Countin' Sheep pieces in the UK with a further 150,000 to place by the end of 2003. A strategy of starving the multiples is the key to building an important collector base.  There is continued interest from retailers and potential licensees on Countin' Sheep, and recently a licensing deal was agreed to with CCA for them to produce and market a complimentary range of greeting cards.

To try to explain the mystique of Kewpie
    would be fruitless.
The genius of  O'Neil's creation lives on today in collectors hearts everywhere.

It was 15 years ago when the Shorrocks' were introduced to Kewpie and it was from that moment that they embarked on a private quest to find an opportunity to build an association with the brand. Rose O’Neil who was an illustrator, a sculptor, a designer, an artist, a novelist, a poet and she was a totally original individualist. She was a true “Renaissance Woman” who utilized and explored her many talents and interests and left behind a great creative legacy that is still admired.

The little nude, chubby Kewpies with their wry topknots of hair first began as magazine illustrations in 1909 but their most popular form has always been dolls and figurines. Everyone loves to look at Kewpies; no one can resist touching and holding a Kewpie that is in a modeled form. Kewpies amuse and delight and they make everyone smile. Peak intends to launch an entertainment program around Kewpie, bringing the character to life introducing her to a new generation.

Peak Entertainment presents the wild and wacky world of 'Little BIG Feet' a brand new 26 x 30 minute CG animated series. After the worst case of over sleeping, the 'Little Big Feet' awake from their hibernation to find the world a changed place. Humans have invented many curious things during their 100 year sleep. Amazed and sometimes shocked, by what they see, the 'Little Big Feet' decide to keep their beloved Giant Redwood Forest free from all that would disturb their peace. But, having inadvertently appeared on national television, it's clear a quiet life is not going to be easy!
    With these guys around...

Deep in the Giant Redwood Forests of Northern America our furry friends spend their days foiling the evil plans of hunter Pierre Lacroix. Their home is a cave furnished with some of the most amazing gadgets you could imagine (homemade from recycled materials of course!) . All of them are geared to maintaining the legend of 'Big Foot', protecting the forest and adding to the constant frustration of  Pierre!

    VISIBILITY & STRATEGY

At the Toy Fair in NY in mid-February 2003, Peak Entertainment experienced a terrific reaction to MIMP with US interest spearheaded by Playmates and Spinmasters. Peak expanded its relationship with and Intertoy and scheduled follow up meetings concerning the territories of Italy, France, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands. The Toy Fair also enabled Peak to: Secure additional international markets. Secure new promotional partners. Preview new products and gauge reaction. And refine the skills of Peak sales agents and strengthen the Peak sales team.  Here are the three key Corporate Segments At Peak ...

entertainment: The creation of exciting television characters, broadcast programming, together with cinematic and theatrical performances is the key to success of the divisions within Peak. Entertainment is the starting point for the whole of the business, delivering the lifeblood that enables Peak to provide consistent and cohesive character driven packages that embrace areas such as publishing, toys and games, Web sites via the Internet, and strategically controlled ranges of licensed character product.

Peak Licensing exists to harness the very best in children's products and recommend the licensing of toys to leading third party partners.
    Mass/Speciality
    Toy, Doll, Gift

consumer products: The Hong Kong Office and 20 years of trading with our agent, Rudick International has secured the manufacturing capabilities and the live retail 'approved vendor' relationships with the likes of Wal-Mart, K-Mart, KB Stores, Toys 'R' Us.

In response to the core vision of Peak building a flexible and integrated business model to nurture the requirements of the company business model, the timely creation of Cameo Collectibles, a stand alone division in the UK and the US, has proved very successful.

Cameo currently handles the marketing and distribution of Kewpie, Countin' Sheep, Mini flora and Naughty Baby Giggles. With such a strong retail offer we have experienced a very positive reaction on both sides of the Atlantic. With development plans already in action to strengthen the portfolio in the future, Cameo looks to surpass initial expectations. Children's appetites for character toys are insatiable, but Peak Consumer Products' toy and gift manufacturing operation Jusco Toys Ltd believes that the character brand alone shouldn't be a replacement for quality merchandise. This guiding principle has undoubtedly been recognized throughout the industry; ample testimony is provided by the fact that Jusco has 'approved vendor' relationships with the likes of Wal-Mart, K-mart, KB Stores, Toys 'R' Us, European, as well as the leading UK retail groups.

Jusco continues to develop generic toy and gift concepts such as the Pocketoons line that incorporates Warner Bros. and Cartoon Network characters. To visit the Jusco Toys site, click here.

"A sport and leisure opportunity with an impressive history and heritage to build upon"

The recent acquisition of Wembley Sportsmaster provides Peak Consumer Products with a golden opportunity to resurrect this highly respected leisure and sporting goods brands. The phenomenal increase in the amount of time and investment the consumer is spending on Leisure in general continues to grow expedientially. The 'new' Wembley will capitalize on its heritage in the niche sports, play, balls and activity products that have always been a popular and very lucrative in the market.  Strategically this acquisition further demonstrates Peak's philosophy of diversification and the multi-leveled approach to stand-alone revenue while adding new strands to integration.

In the early 1990’s the Shorrocks entered the licensing business with Cadbury Schweppes and from that platform, they  have built a very successful licensing model to exploit their brands. In 1992, a formative concept called ‘In My Pocket’ was brought to them for development.
