PETROGEN
CORP. (OTCBB: PTGC) |
 |
Dear Reader,
"Carpe Diem," Seize
the Day! We at StockUpTicks are not contrarians by
nature. We like companies that are positioned and priced to move
with the markets and the economy. And even better, we like
companies that are ahead of the curve. Our featured company today,
Petrogen Corp. (OTCBB: PTGC) is positioned to take
advantage of an outstanding opportunity as a result of
current economic trends within its industry -- and yet the
stock is trading near its yearly low!
We think you'll agree that the timing for this company isn't
a short-term 'spot' possibility, but a realistic avenue
for long-term growth and appreciation. Obviously the old adage
still previals, buy low, sell high. That's how the markets
work and we think Petrogen can take advantage of the current energy
market, which is short on supply while strengthening its position
in the Oil and Gas Field Development industry. See what you
think...

Petrogen's mission is to acquire, develop and operate known
hydrocarbon reserves in order to participate in the world’s
growing demand for energy. With headquarters in Houston, Texas
– the energy capital of the world, Petrogen is focused on four
key areas to drive its business: operational excellence,
production growth, financial discipline and environmental
stewardship.
Petrogen Corp.'s vision is to become a leading U.S. independent
oil and gas competitor through systematically expanding operations,
increasing yearly revenues and consistently booking new reserves
without risking the stability of operations or shareholder value.

THE
PETROGEN STORY: MARKET TIMING |
 |

The energy markets in the world of today find themselves in a
nearly predictable circumstance: Demand Is Up and Supply Is Down.
The U.S. domestic market, now reaching crisis levels, remains
at the mercy of foreign countries importing oil and gas. The U.S.
population is also in the midst of a controversial debate about
oil and gas exploration in Alaska and the Rocky Mountains to alleviate
U.S. dependence on foreign sources.
"This coming (energy)
crisis won't be about the price of gasoline. This time it's natural
gas."

advice not available from Wall Street research or financial

Economic, investment and political leaders from Warren Buffett
to Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan to members of the U.S. Senate have
taken notice and have sounded the Alarm!
A great many energy companies have 'Proven' undeveloped reserves
that have been previously set aside because of unfeasible cost-to-profit
ratios. Because of the lop-sided supply and demand and an increased
profit margin, Petrogen is focused on buying into those proven
reserves or gaining total ownership. With no money spent
on exploration, Petrogen can fill the void of lackluster supply,
avoid controversial political issues and deliver high-quality
energy to the domestic market with a very healthy profit margin.

STRATEGY |
 |
Petrogen’s development strategy is to build a formidable base
of producing Oil & Gas properties through low-cost
acquisitions based upon the following criteria:
- The re-completion and expansion
of existing reserves
- To strategically accumulate numerous
acreage positions in key prospect areas
- To continue to acquire and develop
high quality proven hydrocarbon reserves which possess significant
upside potential
This strategy is amed at increasing yearly revenues while expanding
booked reserves to ensure the Company’s long-term growth and future
competitiveness. Bottomline: Petrogen is looking to build BIG
reserves and quickly turn those reserves into revenue!
Current Projects
In addition to new Property
Acquisitions,
Petrogen is dedicated
to increasing the Asset Development of its Current Properties.

INVESTMENT
SUMMARY |
 |
Simply put, Petrogen is poised to thrive in the current
oil & gas market environment. It's tough to
find a pure-play oil & gas company with the potential that
Petrogen has - and without the usual debt and high overhead cost
of exploration. Petrogen's strategy is designed to benefit
from the current availability of low-cost production (to generate
immediate revenues) while it builds significant reserves (future
leverage). This balanced strategy of growth and value should
maximize the return to shareholders.
