Knowledge Transfer Systems Announces Expansion of Innovative Software Technologies ''Skills in Demand'' eLearning Platform

OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 10, 2002--Knowledge Transfer Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:KTSI - News) today announced the expansion of its five year distribution agreement with Innovative Software Technologies, Inc., (IST), (OTCBB:INIV - News). IST has chosen to expand the technical training course offering in the distribution agreement so that "Skills in Demand" will include hundreds of new titles.

Skills in Demand is a series of interactive, multi-media e-Learning courses for computer-software learning and Information Technology (IT) certification programs. Originally designed for IT professionals including PC technicians, network engineers, administrators, and IT managers, the computer-based courses incorporate proven training methods aimed toward the highest rate of information retention for each student.

"Expanding Skills in Demands' course list to hundreds of new titles will offer current and future clients a much wider spectrum of certification and desktop application courses from which to choose; tools that they need to compete in today's IT marketplace," said Shane Hackett, IST's president and CEO. "The depth and quality of Knowledge Transfer System's eLearning courses, convinced us to select them as our leading provider".

Innovative Software will launch an extensive online marketing effort to not only reach its traditional Skills in Demand customer base -- IT professionals -- but will also target the broad consumer market; with special emphasis placed on targeting individuals who have been recently affected by corporate restructurings, and are motivated to acquire new skills in order to work in the lucrative Information Technology market.

"We're excited with the expansion of Skills in Demand platform and encouraged that IST has so quickly implemented the addition of the application titles to the Skills in Demand product offering," stated Steve Burke, KTSI's CEO.

Correction:
On September 06, 2002, in a report on Knowledge Transfer Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: KTSI), we erroneously reported that we had been compensated $15,000 by Mezzanine Capital Ltd. for distribution services.   In fact, we have been compensated for that report as stated above, by International Monetary Resources Inc., which granted MP a right to an option to purchase 200,000 shares of KTSI for 3 cents per share for a 90-day period beginning August 27, 2002.  Also, in our report dated September 09, 2002 on Star E Media, Inc. we reported that we had received $15,000 from Mezzanine Capital Ltd.  We actually have contracted with Mezzanine to receive $21,000 for that report and distribution as well as for additional advertising services.
