of Office 2000 Training Courses to Swords to
Plowshares

OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 17, 2002--Knowledge

to San Francisco-based Swords to Plowshares to integrate KTSI's
technology-based training courses with education and training
programs for once-homeless veterans at Swords to Plowshares' Veterans
Academy.
This donation to Swords to Plowshares will enhance opportunities
for once-homeless veterans to learn new job skills. The Technology-based-training
(TBT) courses cover all of the popular desktop applications and
include high-quality animations, voiceover narration and additional
reference information.

in our community and we are delighted to support their programs
