*** Knowledge Transfer Systems Inc., (OTCBB: KTSI) ***

Dear Readers,

You should have said something. We never knew.

Here at StockUpTicks we sort of feel like the husband sitting in the therapy office while his wife says to the counselor “I love football, cold pizza for breakfast, and hanging out at the pub with the guys and he never offers me any of that.”

“Sure I will, honey,” says the befuddled but pleased husband. “That, I can do”.

That’s kind of how we feel about your incredible response to this past weekends profile of Universal Ice Blast (otcbb: UIBI) where a record number of you tuned in to hear the live audio of CEO Rory Clarke (Windows Media, Real Player) in our new CEO ACCESS feature.  Apparently, many of you were among the buyers on Monday as well, since the stock traded very heavy volume and closed up 50% on the offer.

Does this mean we’ll be bringing more CEO ACCESS to your investing ears in the near future? That, we can do.

In the interim, another exciting company we’ve profiled recently has made news again in charitable fashion. This is the kind of feel-good story that for some of us, tempers the wounds of Enron and WorldCom.  We applaud their sense of community and encourage you to read more about KTSI here and about their benevolent gesture below.

About Swords To Plowshares
Homeless veterans are a dramatically under-served population nationwide and in the San Francisco Bay Area, suffering disproportionately from a variety of health and social problems. In San Francisco alone, there are more than 2,500 veterans homeless and in critical need of meaningful assistance. Since 1974, Swords to Plowshares has been dedicated to helping these veterans get a second chance. Its programs address the problems of homelessness, unemployment, substance abuse and poverty. To fulfill its mission to restore dignity, hope and self-sufficiency to veterans in need, Swords to Plowshares provides a full range of in-house services -- mental health counseling, housing, legal assistance, education and training, employment assistance -- and educates the public about the unmet needs of veterans. Located at a former Army post in the Presidio of San Francisco, Swords to Plowshares' Veterans  Academy offers a true homecoming to our country's soldiers. Here, once-homeless veterans can live in a supportive residential community, participate in group and individual counseling, and expand their skills with academic instruction and vocational training.
